Cancellation Policy

RENTAL POLICY FOR 8TH STREET FITNESS The operating business is responsible for maintaining the space. Any damages that occur while the business is operating in the space will be incurred by the operating business. You will initially request a time slot, we will review that time slot to make sure that it doesn't present any conflicts and if it doesn't we will approve it. Once approved you will receive a payment link, payment is due immediately upon receipt of that payment link, if the payment is not handled within 1 hour of receipt of the link our appointment will be cancelled and your time reservation vacated. All space reservations are non-refundable, however, you can request a reservation credit in case of emergency. It will be at the managers discretion on whether to issue that credit, not all situations will warrant a reservation credit. The operating business is to only access the floor they reserved with the exception that they may have a client that needs to use the showers in the basement. In that situation a business reserving the flex floor could give their client access to the gym floor for shower usage. *UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE OPERATING BUSINESSES TO ATTEMPT TO ACCESS THE OTHER FLOORS WHICH ARE OCCUPIED BY STETT TRANSPORTATION LLC, THERE ARE SECURITY CAMERAS IN THE BUILDING AND THIS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REVOKE OF FACILITY ACCESS AND POTENTIAL PROSECUTION FOR TRESPASSING OR OTHER.* If you have a question you can contact Madaris Grant at 5132054366 or mgrant@eighthstreetfitness.com about all things regarding the 8th Street Fitness' Facility.
