Get to Know Me!
Amy Vetter is a RYT500 yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga for 15+ years. She teaches a style of yoga called vinyasa yoga that links poses together with movement, flowing through a sequence that coordinates your breath, body and mind. Amy has owned multiple yoga studios, trained and certified 50+ yoga teachers, and has taught throughout the greater Cincinnati area, South Florida and at national conferences when she is a keynote speaker on topics such as work-life balance, mindfulness in the workplace and connected leadership.
She has authored two books, hosts a podcast called Breaking Beliefs, and also has a virtual yoga studio where members can access live and recorded yoga anytime at https://www.businessbalancebliss.com/bundles/b3methodmembership.
